Kundalini Yoga, often called the “Yoga of Awareness,” is a centuries-old practice that blends movement, mantra, mudra, and meditation to awaken the dormant spiritual energy (kundalini) at the base of the spine. Rooted in ancient yogic philosophy, it teaches that this energy, once activated, rises through the chakras to bring greater clarity, vitality, and connection to the divine.

In this class, we combine traditional kundalini kriyas with breathwork practices designed to regulate the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and unlock deeper states of consciousness.
