Gentle Yoga + Sound is a slow-paced, choice-based practice created to help you feel safe in your body. We’ll use simple movements, supportive props, and steady breath cues to ease stress and unwind tight areas (hips, back, shoulders). Live sound is offered as an optional layer of support—soft bowls, chimes, and/or humming—to encourage grounding and rest. You’re always welcome to pause, modify, or simply lie down. No experience needed.
