Welcome to Portland Mid Level Women's Run Club š²š
This group is for women and anyone who identifies as a woman whoās looking to get moving in a supportive, inclusive, and low-pressure environment. Whether youāre just starting your running journey, getting back into it, or interested in interval training (run/walk style encouraged!), youāre in the right place.
We meet on running trails/paths around Portland to enjoy the fresh air, move our bodies, and connect with others. No need to be fast or have fancy gearājust bring a positive attitude and a willingness to show up for yourself and each other.
