~ FAQ's ~
Is there parking?
Street parking is available surrounding the park, but is limited in the summer months. We ask attendees to be careful not to block neighbors driveways. Commuting by bike, Lyft, and public transit are highly encouraged.
Is the show family friendly?
Yes! Comics are instructed to perform their “clean” material, meaning no swearing or “adult” content, but it may contain adult themes.
Is it free?
Yes! No tickets or purchase required to attend. To keep the show free for all to attend, we do encourage you to donate to Kickstand Comedy, a 501c3 non-profit organization. Your donations support this show as well as our other programs (BIPOC comedy scholarships, access to shows, and more)
Are there bathrooms?
Yes! Kickstand provides portable toilets conveniently nearby.
Can I bring my dog, bike, drinks?
Yes! This is a public city park, so we ask that you follow Portland City Park Rules

  • Please leash your animals, and scoop the poop!
  • Use of alcohol, cannabis, and controlled substances is prohibited in Portland parks.
  • Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and motorized vehicles such as e-bikes, e-scooters, segways, and hoverboards are generally only allowed on paved pathways. Bicycles and other wheeled devices, like scooters, are not allowed on soft-surface trails or off-road, except in designated areas for off-road cycling.
  • Fires, fireworks, and smoking of any kind are forbidden without a permit. This includes the use of vaporizers for nicotine and cannabis products.
  • Barbecue grills are not allowed in parks, except with a picnic permit.
  • The use of drones and other remote-control devices by park visitors can bother others and create stress for nearby wildlife. As such, the landing, taking-off or operation of a drone while on park property is prohibited.
