Practice Mandarin Chinese at Starbucks on Powell Blvd

Join us to practice your Mandarin Chinese skills while you sip some coffee and hang out with our friendly group.

This Starbucks on Powell Blvd has a big table with lots of chairs and smaller tables here and there. There's free parking and tons of pastries.

Our goal is to improve our Mandarin skills, so we try to keep the language in Mandarin, but will switch back to English when necessary. All levels of fluency are encouraged to attend, from beginners to experts. Native speakers are always welcome.

(Please note the this Meetup location is in lieu of the cancelled Meetup that was to be held at Java Man in downtown Portland. Very large crowds are likely to be downtown for the "No Kings" march/protest on Saturday so The Java Man Meetup has been cancelled. Sorry for the inconvenience.)
