We are a group of people who come together under one roof and meditate using Sahaja Yoga Meditation techniques.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation offers a simple, spontaneous and effortless method of getting into a balanced state of mind which ultimately brings about inner peace and joy within oneself.

This form of meditation is an actualization of a transformation within, which is taking place now, worldwide, and has been proved and experienced by hundreds of thousands in over 120 countries.

One can feel the effects of meditation from the first meeting. It all starts with a simple experience called Self Realization.

All of us in the group have felt many positive changes within our physical, mental and emotional being as the meditation techniques that we implement, offer a great deal of solutions to our day to day problems like stress, lack of energy, tiredness, lack of focus etc. Artists have noticed improved creativity and concentration.

In this group you will find people from all walks of life like architects, artists, entrepreneurs, senior citizens,moms etc. You do not need any pre-requisites to join our meditation group.

Our goal is to get into a peaceful and balanced state of mind and we welcome all to join us and find out for yourself if this is something that can work for you.

All are welcome and it is entirely free of charge, always.
