• On-Screen: Led live by Nir Melamud from ThinkUp, guiding you through a clear and structured startup validation process. Nir is a 2x founder and, in recent years, an active investor in dozens of startups and VCs, including managing an angel investor club.

📋 What We Will Do (The Agenda)
Throughout the workshop:

• You’ll surface genuine user needs, identify your key stakeholders, craft personas, and translate those insights into a focused product concept.
• You’ll also get hands-on experience with ThinkUp’s guided workflows, including personalized “For You” suggestions, the persona builder, and the product concept module — so you’ll know exactly how to apply the same process to your own ideas afterward.

⚠️ Requirements

• Laptop is Mandatory: You will be building and testing in real-time. Please come prepared.
• Active Participation: This is an interactive workshop. Be ready to share and engage.
