Join us for a beautiful and easy coastal walk along the Douro River! This time we’re exploring the Reserva Natural do Estuário do Douro, a peaceful trail that follows boardwalks, sandy paths, and riverside views all the way to Praia de Lavadores in Vila Nova de Gaia.

Expect a relaxing nature escape with birdwatching spots, estuary views, and some cool sea breeze. It’s a flat and accessible trail – great for beginners or anyone wanting to stretch their legs without too much effort.
After the walk, we’ll settle down for a picnic near the beach, so bring something to eat or share. 🧺
