Hey everyone! I’m Lisa – a queer personal trainer here in Porto, and I’m hosting a fun and welcoming outdoor workout for queer folks who want to move their bodies, sweat a little, and meet new people.
This session is all about good vibes, community, and movement – no matter your fitness level. We’ll do a mix of bodyweight exercises (think: circuits, partner drills, and fun challenges) in a supportive and chill environment. The goal is to feel good, not perfect!
After the workout, we’ll head to a nearby café for a well-earned coffee, smoothie, or lunch together – because connection matters just as much as the sweat.
What to bring:
- Comfy clothes you can move in
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat or towel (if you like extra comfort for ground work)
- Your awesome self!
