“I should meditate more often.” I often hear people say this because they know that there are so many benefits! Better sleep, lower blood pressure, and improved response to stress are just a few of the advantages of regularly practicing meditation. Join our supportive community in mindful movement this Friday, March 13th at 11:00 (live or online)! We start with conscious breathing practices that can be used any time you need to tap into your parasympathetic system. Then we will participate in light exercise and stretching, followed by a deep relaxing guided meditation that will leave you revived and ready for the weekend. *We will gather after class for a special lunch for Janet, who will be recovering from shoulder surgery for several weeks. *Location: The Healing House: Largo Alexandre Sa Pinto 44, Porto. 10 minute walk from Carolina Michaelis metro stop with beautiful energy, lots of natural light, and a quaint cafe next door!

Energy Exchange Guidelines: 10 euros for one class, 5 euros for students, 30 euros for one month unlimited classes.

Do not be concerned if it looks like nobody has signed up! We have several groups that this class pulls from and not everyone signs up on all channels. Join us!
