Yoga at the Beach

Join us with this mid-week gentle flow, to renew and recharge. A 60 minute yoga vinyasa class will be held, followed by a 15 minute guided meditation. The space is on a flat surface, with sounds and views of the ocean. Bring a yoga mat or towel, water and €12 cash for payment of the class. MBway is also accepted if you do not have cash. Please arrive 10-15 mins early to allow for time to find us. Afterwards, grab a refreshing drink nearby and watch the sunset with others in the class, if you would like. Beginners and experienced practitioners are all welcome; the class will be suitable for all.
About the teacher: Jennifer has 200 hours of yoga teacher training in Bali, with 15 years of experience. The vinyasa style of class she teaches means “to flow to the rythym of your breath”. She believes that yoga is for every body and catered to everyone’s unique differences and needs.
