The event will be brought to you by Datacove. We are a Data and Analytics Consultancy Team based in Brighton, with experience in founding many well-attended events for R and Python.

Datacove specialise in Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Process Automation. Plus, we work to develop Shiny Apps, Dashboards and Reports, and provide Training!

We will be supported by the generous team at Barclays Eagle Labs, at The Future Technology Centre, Portland Street, Portsmouth, PO1 3AH. Hosted by Jeremy Horne from Datacove.

This session is a lunch and learn, where we will hold a free workshop.

Whether you've used R before, or are curious and starting out, this session is perfect for you. Our experts will be in the room helping you follow along to a beginner-level workshop!

The Workshop will be 'An Introduction to Data Wrangling in R'. You can expect to learn:

- How to Examine and Prepare Data
- How to Read in CSVs and Textfiles
- How to Make Spreadsheets Smarter with R
- Introduction to Packages like Tidyverse
- How to Manipulate and Clean Data
- How to Merge Two Datasets Safely
- Date Formatting

We aim to ensure you go away from this session understanding how to import data into R, what R can be used for, and being able to clean data.
