About us
Spiritual Gems will gather every fortnight from Wednesday 18th February 26, 6.45pm-8.15pm, at The John Pound Centre in Portsmouth, cost £10. We will explore practices that 'polish' the soul: Journalling, meditation, healing, art, mindful reflection, ancient wisdom and conscious connection.
Our aim is to offer a supportive, healing environment where meaningful spiritual practices promote balance, clarity and alignment with our deeper purpose. Together, we create a space where each person can grow, feel inspired and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
What We’ll Explore Together (12 Sessions overview – content may vary )
• Creating meaningful daily spiritual rituals and sacred space
• Journalling for clarity, gratitude, release, and self-discovery
• Creative visualisation & healing imagery for balance and wellbeing
• Discovering your soul colour and meditating with colour energy
• Writing empowering affirmations and using conscious language
• Energy cleansing, grounding & protection practices (smoke-free options)
• An introduction to sacred geometry and universal spiritual laws
• Nature connection and earth-based mindfulness practices
• Meditation with crystals and learning how to cleanse and work with them
• Healing visualisations, chakra journeys & inner guidance
• Rituals & intention-setting, including altars, symbols, and tools
• Understanding your magnetic energy, attraction, and conscious creation
Throughout this journey together we will also 'weave in'

We are only wanting to offer 20 spaces to allow for a deeper connection and personal growth. We would also like to thank those that have already signed up. To avoid disappointment and not to end up on a reserve list we would strongly advise that you please enrol asap before January 31st. We have a 'first come first served' policy. We will accept payment on the day and both Carol and I look forward to meeting you.
