Online WordPress Portsmouth Meetup - Lightning Talks

🗣️ WHAT’S HAPPENING?

Join the WordPress Portsmouth Meetup on 20th May 2020 for a series of Lightning Talks given by WordUp Pompey! members.

The event starts at 7pm BST (6pm UTC). We will be providing a Zoom link for you to connect to the online Meetup.

TALK OUTLINE

Assuming the speakers can connect using Zoom, we have a couple in the pipeline.

• Database Backups and the MySQL Command line - Paul Tansom
• Audacity - James Williams

The rest will be selected from the attendees.
A suggested topic is "My Favourite plugin / theme", but we'll be open to anything really. Let us know what you'd like to share with us when you sign up.

🏕️ WHO CAN ATTEND?

All levels of experience of WordPress and website publishing welcome. We are a learning and development group. We welcome WordPress beginners.
As this is a virtual meetup attendees can come from far and wide.

Please sign-up if you intend to join the Meetup. If you are new to the group, please can you complete your Meetup profile to help us plan topics.

• 7.00pm - Connect to Zoom, bring your own drink and chat
• 7.10pm - Organisers’ introduction to the online meeting
• 7:15pm - Lightning Talks - 5 to 10 mins each
• 8:45pm - Wrap-up
