🗣️ WHAT’S HAPPENING?
Join the WordPress Portsmouth Meetup on 21st September 2022 to learn some more about WordPress Front End accessibility ( a11y ) from Graham Armfield, Coolfields Consulting.

Much has been made over the last few years about the accessibility of the new WordPress editor from the perspective of a content creator in the WP admin screens. Well this session is not about that, but it is about the accessibility of the web pages that are shown to site visitors when content creators have used some of the common Gutenberg blocks.

Does the HTML that WP core and block plugins give to a browser actually make sense to people using screen readers and other assistive tools?

In this session Graham will pick a few blocks and we'll have a look under the bonnet at the code they generate.

The event starts at 7pm BST (6pm UTC). We will be providing a Zoom link for you to connect to the online Meetup.

To get the link, please register to attend this #OnlineWPMeetup.

🏕️ WHO CAN ATTEND?
