🗣️ WHAT’S HAPPENING?
Join the WordPress Portsmouth Meetup on 19th July 2023 for Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) PRO - 101: an introduction to the premium version of Advanced Custom Fields, which includes several features not available in the free version on wordpress.org
Advanced Custom Fields is a WordPress plugin which allows you to add extra content fields to your WordPress edit screens. These extra content fields are more commonly referred to as Custom Fields and can allow you to build websites faster and educate your clients quicker.
ACF turns WordPress sites into a fully-fledged content management system by giving you all the tools to do more with your data. Use the ACF plugin to take full control of your WordPress edit screens, custom field data, and more.
ACF PRO includes extra fields & features to better develop websites including PHP Blocks, Repeatable Fields, Page Building tools, Media Galleries and Custom Options Pages.
The presentation, by Herb Miller, will include an overview of both the free version of ACF and the additional functionality available in ACF PRO.
If you're new to ACF you may also want to join the WordPress Cambridge Meetup on 10th July - Advanced Custom Fields where there'll be a number of demonstrations of different ways to use ACF.
The event starts at 7pm GMT (7pm UTC). We will be providing a Zoom link for you to connect to the online Meetup.

All levels of experience of WordPress and website publishing welcome. We are a learning and development group. We welcome WordPress beginners.
As this is a virtual meetup attendees can come from far and wide.
