What we’re about
Are you exploring positive changes in your life related to career, wellness or happiness? Do enjoy reading the latest habit-stacking book or want to share your favorite day planner? Have you been thinking about starting a side gig, making a career change or exploring living lighter with more freedom?
Join us to make new connections and focus on making positive changes through events like netwalks (networking walks), lunchtime meetups, and pop-up coworking. Planned discussion and speaker topics include: New Year Goals/Habits, Frugal Living Tips, and more. Suggestions for topics, speakers and locations welcome!
For in-person meetups, I'm currently organizing netwalks to get out and enjoy our walkable communities and expand our networks!
I look forward to meeting you and building a compassionate community of explorers and learners. Building a strong social network should be a lifelong habit - not something you only do when you are looking for a job. Explore something new to diversify your connections. Opportunities often come from unexpected sources!

See all- Lost Pet Friends Gathering: Searching for Turtle the CatChestnut Coffee House + Market, Greenville, SC
This social meetup is for anyone interested in the search for Turtle or for anyone searching for lost cats (and dogs) to share tips and chat about the challenges. It's a drop-in format so come by when you can. If you haven't been to Chestnut Coffee House before, they have some food available, as well as, lots of beverage options.
To be helpful to the search for Turtle, we need to maximize the eyes keeping an eye out for her in case she shows up in the nearby neighborhood again or if she is trying to find her way to back to the apartments on Halton Rd where she lived. A lost cat will most likely hide during the day and appear at dawn or dusk when they feel most safe.
Please stay away from the area where the traps are set up. It's been a few days since she showed up on a trail cam there and we think some activity spooked her.
If you would like to donate, there's a GoFundMe set up which has been helping with costs for cat food and batteries. The current goal is to rent a thermal drone to help locate her.
Turtle, an indoor cat that slipped out during a move, was relocated and dumped by animal control because one of her ears is tipped. This is most common with feral cats but there are many beloved pets whose story includes being neutered through a TNR (trap-neuter-release) program and marked with a tipped ear. Please check out and follow Turtle's Pawboost post with details and updates on the search.
I got involved with the search because of my regular walks in that area. It's been too hot to organize my usual netwalks, so it's good timing for me to host a different kind of meetup - Pawsitive Movz? 😸
