FOREST SCHOOL AT ASHHURST DOMAIN!

We meet in the carpark near the playground area at Ashhurst Domain at 10am.

Our sessions run for approximately 1.5 hours. During this time we follow a primarily child-led approach to exploring and enjoying our outside world. Investigating in the natural bush area, finding critters, and engaging in loose parts play using natural resources are some of the ways that we spend our time.

We operate on the belief that child-led, unstructured play and investigation is important for our tamariki. The outdoor environment provides an exceptional opportunity for children to enhance social, emotional and
physical skills.

Our sessions are open to the public and we would love for you to join us!
