Parent Circle - Navigating Overwhelm as a Parent
Details
Parenting can be beautiful, intense — and sometimes quietly overwhelming.
If you’ve ever felt stretched thin, overstimulated, or unsure how to stay steady when you have no time for yourself, this parent circle is for you.
We’re creating a welcoming space for English-speaking parents to talk honestly about the realities of raising young children.
This is a guided conversation where we’ll explore what contributes to parental overwhelm, and look at small, practical ways to create more breathing room in daily life.
Together we’ll explore:
• What’s been hard in this stage of parenting
• How expectations and reality sometimes collide
• Simple tools to ease the overwhelm, based on evidence based research on parental stress and mental load
• How shared conversation and connection can make overwhelm feel lighter
You’re welcome to listen quietly, share openly, or somewhere in between. There’s no pressure — just a supportive circle of parents figuring it out together.
Who it’s for
This circle is especially for parents with young children (roughly 0–6), but if this theme resonates with you, you’re welcome.
If you're feeling stretched thin, overstimulated, and unsure how to stay steady when you have no time for yourself, this circle is for you.
What to expect
An interactive group conversation with guided discussion, reflection prompts, and practical takeaways you can try right away. Bring your coffee, and your real stories.
