Positive psychology is a branch of psychology that focuses on the positive aspects of human experience, such as well-being, happiness, and life satisfaction. Its primary interest is to identify strengths and solutions instead of addressing weaknesses and problems.
The positive psychology coaching is for people who want to challenge their ingrained beliefs and perceived limitations and to redirect their mind to what is working well, their character strengths and the resources available to induce positive changes, growth and resilience.
