The Frequency of You: Journey Through the Chakras

Chakras are energy centers in the body that affect the functioning of the whole endocrine and nervous system. They connect to the physical and psychological aspects of our being and can get out of balance and back into balance quite easily. The good news is that the science now supports ancient knowledge and shows how it all comes down to energy vibrations and frequency. In this workshop you will receive an assessment that will show you what is out of balance and then we’ll guide you to bringing it back into balance for your optimal health and wellbeing.

After 3 wonderful cycles of Chakra Workshops, I am teaming up with two great yoga teachers, Amanda Chou and Lian Mosher, who also specialize in essential oils and sound bath, respectively, for the completely revamped 4th cycle!

You don’t need to have ever taken a yoga class to benefit from this! This is adjusted to all levels and is a combination of lecture, meditation, sound bath, discussion, yoga flows, essential oils and much more.
