Let’s face it, anxiety is not helping…anything. It’s slowing us down and keeping us from living meaningful lives! With four simple (but not easy) steps we can eliminate the physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety. Yes, even if you’re diagnosed with an anxiety disorder.

Each 90 minute session will give you time to share your experience with anxiety and the things that make you anxious. You can connect, relate and validate others and their struggle with anxiety. We will cover where anxiety comes from, it’s signs and symptoms, and what triggers it. We will participate in an exercise designed to alleviate anxiety and measure results by self-testing our symptoms before and after. We will learn about what human mechanisms naturally take the place of anxiety and how to develop them. There will time for Q+A plus live coaching demonstrations with volunteers.
