Our mind colours everything—emotions, reactions, personality, thoughts, attitudes, even our dreams. Yet we rarely stop to understand it. In this course, we’ll take a fresh look at the workings of the mind and discover how a small shift—a new insight, a moment of awareness—can turn inner struggle into inner strength. Perhaps your mind is not the problem, but just a step away from becoming your greatest friend.
Note: After the class (11:00 am–12:00 noon), you’re warmly invited to stay for the Lunchtime Meditation session from 12:30 to 1:00pm. A perfect opportunity to enjoy two uplifting experiences in one morning!
Inner Space courses are based on the teachings of Raja Yoga meditation philosophy as taught by Brahma Kumaris (UK). Raja Yoga is a deep and practical study for dealing with life’s challenges positively through an understanding of the spiritual laws that govern us all. All are welcome. Free of charge.
