"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience." - Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. This course explores the various aspects of what it means to be a spiritual being and how this understanding positively impacts our life choices.

This course is based on the teachings of Raja Yoga meditation philosophy, as taught by Brahma Kumaris (UK). Raja Yoga is a deep and practical study for dealing with life’s challenges positively through understanding the spiritual laws that govern us all. There will be live sketch presentations, guided meditation practices, and an opportunity for discussion and questions.
