### Your Inner GPS: Finding Yourself in a Noisy World (in-person talk)

Wednesday 19th August 7-8pm

Address: Inner Space, 1st Floor, 6 King's Parade, Cambridge CB2 1SJ
(Above Spoon Struck)

We live in a world of constant noise—notifications, opinions, expectations and endless demands for our attention. With so many voices telling us who to be and what to do, it's easy to lose touch with our own inner direction.

But what if the clearest signal was already inside you?

This talk explores how to reconnect with your inner compass: the quiet place of wisdom, clarity and peace that is always available beneath the noise. Discover practical ways to navigate life's choices with greater confidence, calm and authenticity.

With speaker Gitte Hulden

Gitte Hulden is a member of the National Coordinating Team of Brahma Kumaris Finland. For the past 26 years, Raj Yoga meditation has been a practical foundation for her life.

Having worked in Finland's exhibition industry, Gitte understands the challenge of staying calm and focused in busy, fast-paced environments. Although she had long been interested in spirituality, she was searching for something that could be lived and applied in everyday life. Discovering Raj Yoga meditation gave her a practical inner compass for navigating life's demands with greater clarity, peace and purpose. Today, she enjoys sharing these timeless principles in a simple, down-to-earth way that people can apply in their own lives.

All are welcome. See you there.
