In a world full of constant input, it can feel difficult to hear your own inner clarity. This session explores how to gently step back from mental noise without force or suppression. Through simple insights and guided experience, discover how clarity naturally emerges when the mind is less crowded, leading to more ease in thinking, decision-making, and everyday living.

This session is based on the teachings of Raja Yoga meditation and philosophy as taught by Brahma Kumaris (UK). Raja Yoga is a deep and practical study for dealing with life’s challenges positively through an understanding of the spiritual laws that govern us all.
