At times, the mind can feel relentless—circling thoughts, replaying situations, or anticipating what’s next. This session explores what genuinely helps in these moments, beyond common quick fixes. Through practical insights and guided experience, discover a more effective way to settle the mind and regain a sense of steadiness and inner space.

This session is based on the teachings of Raja Yoga meditation and philosophy as taught by Brahma Kumaris (UK). Raja Yoga is a deep and practical study for dealing with life’s challenges positively through an understanding of the spiritual laws that govern us all.
