The Foundation retreat is designed for both beginners and experienced meditation practitioners seeking to deepen their spiritual knowledge. This half-day program provides a welcoming space for discussions, meditations, and a refreshing riverside walk (please note, all other activities will be indoors). Participants will have the opportunity to explore the teachings and philosophy of Raja Yoga meditation, offering a taste or deepening of their understanding. Come join us for an enlightening and uplifting experience, discovering the inner peace and lightness that lies within. Lunch will be provided.
