Trying to control the mind often creates more tension. This session explores a gentler, more intelligent approach to calm — one based on understanding rather than effort. Learn how awareness naturally settles the mind, allowing clarity, focus, and ease to emerge without struggle or suppression.

This session is based on the teachings of Raja Yoga meditation and philosophy as taught by Brahma Kumaris (UK). Raja Yoga is a deep and practical study for dealing with life’s challenges positively through an understanding of the spiritual laws that govern us all.
