Kelly is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Master Transformational Coach, and a Professional Counsellor with over 12 years of combined experience in coaching and counseling. She has worked extensively with working professionals, helping them to uncover their authentic selves, develop resilience in the face of stress, find their strengths and passions, and live a happy, fulfilling life. Kelly regularly speaks on topics relating to positive psychology, well-being, and mental health. She is also an adjunct lecturer in an educational institution and teaches HR professionals and leaders positive psychology and coaching psychology.
