Historic Multnomah Village - RESCHEDULED!
Details
The area surrounding Multnomah Village was a hilly, densely wooded wilderness until the establishment of several dairy farms by Swiss immigrants in the 1890s. The development of the electric railway brought economic growth to the small enclave in the early 20th century. We can still see evidence of "streetcar era" buildings on Capitol Hwy in the commercial core of the village today.
The tour covers less than 1 mile on gently sloping urban terrain.
Fee for this afternoon walk is $15. You may pay by check, cash or credit card at the start of the tour. You may also use PayPal by following this link: http://bit.ly/22q0waD
