Irvington - North is FULL !

The entire Irvington neighborhood is on the National Register of Historic Places. We'll have a look at some fine examples of early 20th century residences of the Craftsman and Period Revival styles in the north part of the neighborhood. We'll start at the cafe on the west edge of the historic district then we'll make our way east through the historic and architecturally diverse neighborhood and encounter some architectural/historic treats. About midway through the tour we'll come upon a fabulous "Storybook" house on the edge of the Grant Park neighborhood. (see photo below)

This easy neighborhood walk covers about 2 miles and will take about 2 hours. Plenty of parking in the neighborhood and public transit stops are nearby.
