-Individuals who are interested in improving their sleep habits and deepening their understanding of Buddhist mindfulness practices.

Featured Presenter
Dr. Nalaka Gooneratne, MD, MSc, ABSM is a Sleep Disorders Physician & Associate Professor, University of Pennsylvania. He has over 20 years’ clinical experience treating insomnia, sleep apnea, and cognitive effects of disrupted sleep. He is an NIH-funded researcher with expertise in melatonin and relaxation-based interventions. On a personal level, he is interested in Buddhist meditation techniques, including mindfulness of breathing, based on the Anapanasati Sutta (MN 118)
