STR + Person-Object-Project Practice - Week 2
In this exercise we discover the systems, learn how to do a Sophro Tension Release (STR) and concentrate on a person we love, an object we love to have in our lives, and a project or something that we like to do. We are going to be curious and wondering, about what happens in the body when we think of something or someone we love.
Sophro Balance can be practised in as little as 15mins a day, producing feelings of enhanced happiness and joy when practised regularly.
Bring a pen and paper to journal your experience as this will reinforce your practice and we may share that with the group if you choose to.
