Please bring your journals and writing instruments.

I’ll bring snacks. Please feel free to bring additional snacks and non-alcoholic beverages if you so desire, (preferably in a reusable container). Also, if you haven’t already done so, please request to join our private Facebook page where we can connect in between meetings. It is called Post Traumatic Recovery & Growth Spokane.
