Postgres Schema Migrations

This month’s meetup will focus on schema migrations with a panel discussion from 3 different industry experts.

• Ryan Booz will join us from Red Gate to talk about the Flyway product: https://github.com/flyway/flyway.
• David Wheeler from Tembo will talk about the open source project Sqitch he’s been working on for more than a decade https://github.com/sqitchers/sqitch.
• Gülçin Yıldırım Jelínek From Xata will talk about pgroll, an open source project sponsored by Xata that just came out last year https://github.com/xataio/pgroll

Each of the speakers will give a short intro presentation to their schema migration tool followed by a panel discussion about schema migrations. We’ll leave time for group discussion.
