Postgres Heroics with Logical Replication

Huseyin Demir from Adyen will be here to talk about a huge fleet upgrade to Postgres 18. Adyen is a large fintech company based in Europe that is both a payment gateway and processor. So you can imagine their upgrade project was massive.

During this project the team faced several challenges and edge cases while using logical replication to do the upgrade. Huseyin will review the the migration project, what went well, what went wrong, and what you should take away for anyone planning a major upgrade.
