I understand that many people in the audience for a technical conference are introverts—I'm one of them! The PostgreSQL community is growing quickly, and you can be an active participant, even as an introvert. We will discuss why involvement is important to you, your career, and the larger tech community. We will go in depth on the key things you as an introvert need to be successful in being an active participant in the community.

This talk is also applicable for people looking to become involved in the PostgreSQL community in general, even if you are not an introvert!
