Come meet Chase Fancher, founder of boutique watch brand Oak & Oscar at our first Postlight Summer Session (which means it's margarita time)!

About Chase

Chase Fancher is the founder of Oak & Oscar (http://www.oakandoscar.com), a boutique watch brand founded on the premise of taking risks and doing what you love. The Burnham (http://www.oakandoscar.com/watches/), Oak & Oscar’s first watch release, sold out of its limited edition run in less than a year.

When Chase’s very corporate life left him feeling out of place and prevented him from spending time with his family, Chase decided to take a big risk himself. He quit his job and set out to found Oak & Oscar. His journey from corporate employee to successful founder and creator illuminates the risky path of entrepreneurship and the delicate road of product development.

Postlight co-founder Rich Ziade is also a watch enthusiast, and he discovered Oak & Oscar at a trade show hosted by worn&wound. Chase’s story impressed him almost as much as the Burnham watch he now wears.

Chase will join Rich and Postlight’s Director of Product Management, Tyler Strand, for a live Q&A about taking risks and what goes into successfully building and shipping a top quality product, whether it’s a boutique watch or a custom app. Product strategy and design are a big part of the soul and culture at Postlight. We’ll join Chase on his journey from moment of inspiration to beautifully crafted product.
