Doing More With Less: A Panel Discussion Series
Welcome to the first of a four-part series of panel discussions that will explore the concept of "Doing More With Less" with each of the four departments at Postlight: Product Management, Product Design, Engineering, and Digital Strategy.
The first panel of experts will be moderated by Nathan Henry, Postlight's Director of Product Management. Panelists will be discussing the topic “Ready, Set, Go: Kickstarting Your Product Roadmap”, touching on how to build the best initial software version for your users.

Meet the Panelists:
Grace E. Mangum is a Webby and MIN award honored digital strategist & product manager with 20 years' experience in digital strategy and transformation, digital marketing, product management, product development, content strategy, digital analytics and creating, executing and monetizing digital products.
She has deep experience in sports, media, entertainment and financial services and has worked to develop and execute digital strategies for such brands as USTA, A+E Networks, BBC, AMC Networks, Lifetime Television, British Airways, Cadillac, CNN, HUGE, JP Morgan Chase and Meredith Corporation to name a few.
Phil Thomas DiGiulio has founder experience dating back to 2006 when he co-founded his first company, WellcomeMat — a leading video technology provider for real estate marketing. In 2013, Phil co-founded the Product Council, a series of events providing product owners and organizations a fresh new outlet for critical feedback, ideation, and improvement of their products.
Most recently, Phil served as Chief Product Officer at e-commerce startup ‘Video Shops’ where he led the initial discovery and creation of their shoppable, interactive video marketplace connecting consumers to celebrity-endorsed products. Prior to Video Shops, Phil served in product leadership roles at AOL, Tremor Video, and Verizon Media – where he managed innovation and discovery of new premium ad products. Today, Phil is working towards the launch of a new product for the optical eyewear space (TBA).
Andres Glusman is the Cofounder and CEO of DoWhatWorks. DoWhatWorks is like a magic wand that detects and analyzes everyone's growth split tests to help growth teams find wins faster. Andres used to lead product and growth at Meetup where he was a pioneer in the lean startup movement. He is a behavioral scientist who loves to figure out what makes people tick. Andres lives on the New Jersey shore with his wife, two kids and 4 dogs.
Tait Foster is a digital strategist & product manager with over 10 years experience in media, campaign and government technology and data products. Tait's career began at Bloomberg, first working to integrate a global newsroom into new digital tools to speed and then developed those into easily contextualizing complex breaking market news for consumers. By the time he left he had worked on award winning ad and data products, consumer facing experiences and mobile apps.
Before joining Postlight, Tait worked as the Chief Product Officer at The Tuesday Company and then as Director of Product at their acquiring company Helm, building organizing and campaign tools that were utilized by Everytown for Gun Safety, Color of Change, the DCCC, Human Rights Campaign, and numerous state Democratic parties, senatorial and presidential campaigns. He would also like to apologize for the 3 paywalls in 2 years that he helped shepherd into the world.
