Want to boost your performance, prevent injury, and train like the pros? This is your chance!
Join us for our Young Athletes Protocol—a powerful 2-hour experience designed to unlock your full athletic potential through posture-based training and Patch Fitness—used by elite athletes. Whether you’re an aspiring athlete or dreaming of a pro career.
We’ll take before & after posture photos, guide you through a dynamic warm-up, then hit a fun & challenging Patch Fitness workout to align, strengthen, and energize your body.
What is Patch? = Patch is the name given to a unique exercise program brought to you by Egoscue. It's a plyometric bootcamp-style training that builds real functional strength—not just big muscles—enhancing agility, balance, endurance, and flexibility while reducing injury risk.
