A Harry Potter Social Justice Collective
Like many, you may have found solace and joy in the Harry Potter universe, only to be deeply disappointed by JK Rowling's transphobic statements and actions. I am dedicated to reclaiming the magic and using it for good. Join me in creating a social club that:
- Provides a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ fans and allies
- Actively avoids contributing financially to JK Rowling.
- Connects fans with local queer businesses and organizations.
- Raises funds and awareness for trans rights initiatives.
I am seeking passionate volunteers in Toronto/ the GTA to help build this community and make a real difference. If you're ready to turn your love for Harry Potter into action for social justice, I want to hear from you!
