Pottstown Meetup: Partnerships, and Creative Financing of Deals

Pottstown Meetup folks -
A MAJOR MAJOR theme for the next few years of real estate investing will be partnerships and creative financing to get deals across the goal-line. This meetup will kick start a few meetups around that topic. From my perspective, this is one of the most important things if not THE MOST IMPORTANT THING to understand about real estate investing in 2023.

We will have Don Geiter as the incredible speaker to talk about what he sees in the space. I used Don to help me set up a $2M syndication 7 years ago, and he was fantastic. He is the go-to guy in this space in Central PA.
Topics we will cover include.....

1. How can you structure a deal to be a win/win for the seller and buyer to maximize the amount of $$ paid to the seller AND increase cash flow and IRR for the buyer at the same time? Why is this more important than EVER given the current investing climate?

2. If you are looking to invest in a property, and someone borrows money from an uncle or relative...... what is the best way to do this?

3. What is the difference between a partnership and a syndication?

4. If starting a syndication what are some different do's and don'ts and stories about things that went right and things that went wrong for investors?

We will have real stories about real investors doing awesome deals --- and I promise you will take something out of this meetup.
