Join us for a low-key virtual evening of relaxation and meditation. We'll spend 30 minutes discussing the benefits of sound baths or meditation using sound and frequency. After the discussion, we'll indulge in a 30-minute introductory session, including the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and chimes.
Suggested props: headphones, eye pillow or sleep mask, blanket, quiet space to lay down or recline in a chair.
