This event is for anyone interested in learning more about Tai Chi and Qigong. If you've ever wondered what the difference is, why people practice, or how they can benefit you, this event is for you.
We will spend approximately 30 discussing these questions and more. Another 30 minutes is set aside to practice both of these gentle, accessible exercises. Times are only approximate and dependent on the discussion.
While often marketed to older athletes, this event is appropriate for anyone who would like to improve their physical performance and mind/body connection.
What to bring: water, something to sit on, comfortable exercise clothes.
