This will be an introduction to what Tai Chi and Qigong are, how they are different, and how they can benefit adults of all ages. While marketed to older adults, these two forms of exercise can be tailored to suit the ability of anyone, athlete to office staff.

Here's how to prepare:
*Wear comfortable clothes.
*Bring something to sit on.
*Water!
