Short meditative sound bath designed to introduce participants to sound work. Used by Carnegie Mellon University to help students deal with stress, sound baths are a great way to lower cortizol levels through meditation even if you aren't good at meditation! 😁
A brief introduction to the theory of sounds baths will be followed by a free mini session. Here's how to prepare:
*Choose a comfortable place to recline either in a chair, bed, or sofa.
*Use headphones for optimal experience.
*Be sure to hydrate before and after the session.
*Mute your video.
*Enjoy!
