What we’re about

The Movement Arts Collaborative offers various classes involving different modalities of movement practice. From Martial Arts, Karate, Dance, Tai Chi, Chi Qigong, Pilates, Personal Training, and Movement and Strength Classes. Its prime objective is to encourage people to move, engage, and get healthy and fit with like minded people. We are beginner friendly. The Movement classes are challenging to your level of fitness and strength but in a playful environment. They will challenge your limits and make you a better mover all around. No matter what your physical status is or your abilities, you will be welcomed here. Enroll in one or more classes and become part of our family. Peace and Hope to see you.
