Our movement classes are for all ages and all strength levels. Our classes are for all desiring to build strength, flexibility and overall freedom of movement. Our practice integrate many different modalities of movement including; classical martial arts, gymnastics, yoga, acrobatics, calisthenics, basic strength, meditation, somatic exercises, coordination & stability drills and so much more. It is very adaptable to CrossFit, Martial Arts and modern yoga practices. Any of your past experiences in your training will be totally useful in our Movement classes and something you can share with the group. A very challenging perspective but fun and playful way to bring back humanity. What we were meant to be.

We also offer specific classes in Traditional Karate, Movement & Strength, Tai Chi, Pilates, Qigong, Swordsmanship, Breathing & Meditation, Personal Training and Modern Dance.
