Anchorage Mastering Your First Latte Heart
Details
If you have ever stared at your home espresso machine wondering why your milk foam looks more like a cloud than a crisp heart, this session is for you. We are getting together in Anchorage to break down the mechanics of texturing milk and the specific wrist motion needed to set a clean base and pour your first heart. This is a hands-on, low-pressure environment meant for beginners who want to move past messy blobs and start seeing some definition in their morning cups.
We will keep the group small so everyone has enough time behind the machine to practice their technique. Please come ready to ask questions and accept that we will probably go through a lot of milk—and maybe a few failed pours—before things start clicking. It is just a friendly space to learn the basics and get comfortable with the rhythm of pouring. If you are interested in joining us, please grab a spot on the RSVP list so we can get a head count for the supplies.
